2. Definition:

Unless the subject or context otherwise requires, in this Act:

(a) “Minor” means a person who has not attained the age of 16 years.

(b) “Person” means natural person.

(c) “Prescribed” or ” as Prescribed” means prescribed or as prescribed in the Rules made under this Act.
